We take action in solidarity with indigenous people around the world building a movement for culturally appropriate access to specialized health care.

We will meet with local community organizers and government leaders to share lessons, stories, and results from ID’s work. We will advocate for policies that eliminate barriers to care and increase investment in access to dermatology and other specialized healthcare needs in indigenous, rural communities. Our work centers historically exploited and neglected indigenous communities, and in so doing, illustrates how providing health care services to the most marginalized communities thereby elevates dignified health care for all.
